What marketing services do you provide?
We offer a wide range of design features, as well as some marketing and analytic features for a simple monthly fee. Our main projects include websites, landing pages, and logos. We also offer graphic e-mail marketing services (like the e-mails you get from Target season sales) and digital print such as flyers, brochures, and business cards. However, we can also make promotional videos, funnel builds, social media ads, apparel, infographics, and more. Be sure to contact us if you have any other design or marketing needs.

What industries do you serve?
We service companies in almost every industry, including food, retail, technology, e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, fitness, and more. We even have experiences making marketing materials for engagements, weddings, hobbyists (such as collectors, artists), and people hosting special events (such as lunch and learns, webinars, birthday parties, family events, and more).

What is your edit policy?
Unlimited edits. No seriously. Enjoy unlimited edits, no matter which project you buy. For the one-time projects, you can submit unlimited edit requests for 2 weeks after the project is complete. This includes any minor changes in graphics, color schemes, avatars, messaging, grammar, headers, and footers.

How do I get started with Trello? Is it free?
Once you purchase a product from us, you will receive an invitation to your own personal, free Trello board within 24 hours. You can then sign up for an account with your e-mail and start adding tasks and project descriptions for us to see. Your design board will always be free.

How do I add tasks on Trello?
Easy! List the tasks you would like completed on the “To do” portion of Trello. For members, add as many tasks as you want and we’ll work on them one task at a time. Once you have listed your tasks, move your preferred task to the “Active Task” section. We will then work on your task and move it to the “Done” section once it’s complete. You can provide feedback if you’d like a revision, or approve it and request a new task. For non-members, add one task and provide your specifications and other project details.

What details do you need for each task or project?
Thanks for asking! On Trello, you will have enough room to write a description and provide attachments for any examples you want to provide for us. A simple breakdown of the type of product you’d like, along with the dimensions (if applicable), specific color schemes, or features would be amazing. I believe that the more precise and detailed the brief or task description is, the better your project will turn out. :)

How fast are you able to complete our project?
Depends on the project! A standard website can take other companies months to a year to complete. For us, expect 5-15 business days on average. For a flyer, business card, brochure, or logo, expect 5-10 business days on average.

What is your refund policy?
We, unfortunately, do not provide refunds. We work hard on your projects and, by the time the project is complete, the billable hours have already been performed. However, for the monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time by e-mailing inkandgraphic@gmail.com. After cancellation, you will not be billed for the next payment cycle. Though we’d hate to see you go!

Do you provide the writing materials for the project?
We understand that companies and business owners may have different priorities, so we can copywrite for you. Preferably you will provide the writing materials in order to accurately reflect your products or services. However, we can manage the copywriting as well (and make your product sound good) so don’t sweat it. If you’d like us to copywrite for you, you can approve or edit the text yourself afterwards.

What is the best way to contact you regarding edits?
The best way to contact us regarding any edits is through your design board, Trello, so that we can have a paper trail of what you need. This will also allow us to refer to the edits, all in one place. When you purchase a product, you will receive an invitation to your own dedicated project board within 24 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Though we’d hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription plan by e-mailing inkandgraphic@gmail.com. We will respond with a confirmation within 24 hours. Please note that your subscription plan will end when the current subscription period has ended.

What is e-mail marketing?
E-mail marketing turns emails into revenue or clicks to your website. It usually has high-quality graphics and product photos. Similar to an email you may have received from retail stores such as Home Depot, Target, or Kohl’s, potential customers can interact with the email in order to see your products, services, or website.

Do you print the flyers, business cards, and brochures?
We can print your marketing materials with our preferred vendor, Moo. You would be responsible for the printing costs, shipping costs, and applicable taxes. Customers often only ask for digital forms of their flyers, business cards, and brochures. This allows them the autonomy to choose a print vendor that works with their cost tolerance.

Does your company trademark items?
We, unfortunately, do not trademark our marketing items, such as logos.
